Student Grievance Policy
In accordance with the Texas Workforce Commission, Texas Administrative Code, Title 40, Part 20, Chapter 807, Subchapter P, Rule ยง807.301, the policy regarding student grievances is as follows:
- An ICDS student's first step should be to discuss their grievance with their ICDS Instructor. Your instructor's name(s) is/are listed in your student handbook you receive upon admission.
- If the issue is not resolved, the ICDS student should contact the School Director, at 1-866-523-2669 or support@cdstudies.com.
- If the issue is still not resolved, contact, in writing, the Administration Office at the Institute of Chemical Dependency Studies, PO Box 565, Round Rock, TX. 78680, phone 866-523-2669, fax (512) 246-8692.
