Foresight is a primary responsibility of leaders who wish to successfully lead their organizations into the future. Ethical failures are sometimes the failure of a leader to make the effort at an earlier date to foresee today's events and make the right decisions when there is still freedom to act. Ethical dilemmas common to our industry will be examined as well as leadership development and the interplay between ethics and clinical supervision.
